Both a hit and a miss
The staff treated us with great kindness and were very helpful during our stay. The location was convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, we encountered multiple cleanliness issues, including roaches in our room that made the environment uncomfortable.

Friendly staff but issues with cleanliness
I appreciated the front desk staff's friendliness, particularly during my check-in. However, the room I stayed in had significant cleanliness issues, with noticeable stains and a musty smell that made my stay less enjoyable. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but I hope the management addresses the cleanliness concerns.

The nearby dining options are a true culinary adventure! Denny's serves up those classic breakfast favorites that'll hit the spot, while Venice Pizza & Pasta is a must for pizza lovers craving authentic Italian flavors. Also, the front desk staff, aside from one exception, were super friendly and welcoming. Oh, and the location is a win. plenty of restaurants and shopping stores are just a stroll away!
So we arrive at the hotel, and it looks sketchy. The security guard was even in a bulletproof vest! The check-in process felt unsafe, and the room itself was a disaster—everything was off. The key didn't work twice, and we ended up in a sweltering room with no sheets. We had to bail out and find somewhere safer to crash!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Our experience was a nightmare from the start. The hotel had a very sketchy atmosphere, exacerbated by a security guard in a bulletproof vest. When we finally got into our room, it was sweltering and lacking basic necessities, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.

I had a decent stay with a clean room and a functional kitchenette, but watch out for the dusty corners and missing utensils. It's not quite like the online photos showed.

Solo traveler looking for decent stay
My stay was amazing! The staff actually seemed to care about their work. I mean, Mrs J was super professional and helpful, like she really knew how to treat guests right. And Rhonda? She made everything smooth when I had an issue with my keys. It's nice to feel valued, you know?
It wasn't exactly a bargain for what I paid.
